RATE PER WEEK (pounds sterling)
October to May - £750 per week
June and September - £850 per week
July and August - £950 per week
Xmas or New Year Week - £950 per week

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Rates quoted are inclusive of reasonable gas and electricity consumption.( We reserve the right to charge for excessive consumption.)
Guests will be held liable for any loss, damages or breakages caused to the property and contents.
Although claims will not be pursued for minor accidental damages or breakages, guests are requested to report any instances to ensure there is no impact on future guests.

Making a booking for Golf View thereby deems acceptance of these conditions.

LINEN
All towels and linen are provided for the duration of your stay at Golf View and this is included in the price of your rental.
Linen will be changed each Saturday on request, should your stay be longer than a week.

Not suitable for very young children as the rear garden slopes to the edge of a steep rockface.
